Mike was born in Brazil, Indiana and now along with his wife, 2 sons, and daughter currently reside in Terre Haute. Mike joined JR Chevrolet as the director of Service in 1988. Mike became President and General Manager in March of 1999. Mike wants everyone to know that Total Customer Satisfaction is his Goal.
